We serve northwest North Carolina and southwestern Virginia. We build houses and small commercial buildings in Elkin, Roaring Gap, Sparta and surrounding areas. Our company dates to the early 1950’s when our father, James W. Shaw Sr. started Shaw Construction Company. That family business is now owned and operated by his sons, Jay and Brian. Shaw Brothers is headquartered in Glade Valley and both Jay and Brian live with their families in Sparta.
